about
In the creative process, I've often found myself losing track of time, regardless of the artistic medium. It's during these moments that I delve into the intricate landscapes of my mind, pondering the profound 'why' of human thought and behavior. Thoughts are ephemeral, and much of what occupies our minds isn't real, yet it significantly shapes our human experience.
I continually question the transformation of these thoughts into words, which ultimately define our reality. Our lives are inundated with a relentless flow of information, imagery, stories, and news, making it increasingly challenging to distinguish truth from falsehood. This fusion molds our perception of life and profoundly affects our mental well-being.
My journey toward mindfulness and being present in daily life has provided a path for my thoughts, fears, and daily anxieties—both personal and societal—to dissolve. I've come to the realization that we are not defined by the myriad thoughts that ricochet within our minds. By attentively observing the chaos of my thoughts, we can uncover a sense of inner calm, self-love, kindness, and gratitude that extends not only to ourselves but also to others.
